Since 2008 she has worked as master of ceremonies for a variety of functions and events. Ranging from small and intimate to large festivals. These included: 2013, 2014 & 2015 Rooi Rose CANSA tea, 2013 KFC OFM Family Fun Day, NWU-JOOL (2009), outdoor events, festival performances, corporate functions (UFS Medical faculty 2013)(Launch of Cure Day Clinics 2014) (Northern Cape Chamber of Commerce and Industry Women’s Day event 2014) (Eunice High School mom and daughter tea with Rolene Strauss – 2014), fashion shows (Vaal Bridal Expo 2010 & Kovsie Madiba Day 2012), Engen OFM Bakkie Day to name but a few.
In 2013 together with the Glam Guru, Hannon Bothma she went on a region wide roadshow where she acted as MC and at times as co-host of the make-overs conducted by Hannon. In 2015 she was a special guest during the Finesse “Women of faith” event held in Bloemfontein. In August 2015 she was the MC for Vrystaat Landbou’s annual gala dinner.
She has since 2012 been involved with a pop-up radio station for Grain SA driven by OFM. This is an annual project during NAMPO harvest day in Bothaville. In 2014 and 2015 she was appointed station manager for this project which included content provision, managing a team of 3 presenters and 2 producers, building an ad-log, compiling relevant music, working with clients and a sales team as well as administrating the entire project.
Since October 2014 she has also been involved in conducting online streaming research for OFM to explore the possibilities of hosting a variety of radio streams online from their current website platform. She also pitched a pop-up online radio station for the Arikaanse Taalraad in August 2015 which was accepted and in August 2015 she coordinated the entire 24 hour broadcast from Cape Town which was streamed online.
